Reiki, is it Real?

Rei has been defined as the All Knowing Higher Intelligence that guides the creation and functioning of the universe. Rei has also been defined as God and many other names depending on the culture.

Reiki, is a Japanese form of spiritual medicine developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Reiki utilizes the hands to transfer healing energy into the body of the client.

Ki, also called chi and prana are the non-physical life force energy that animates all living things. Ki is flowing in everything that is alive including plants, animals and humans. We can increase our Ki using breathing exercises and meditation. A disruption in the flow of Ki is the main contributor to illness. The primary reason for the disruption is caused by negative thoughts and feelings. Most people are not aware of the negative thoughts and feelings that remain in the unconscious mind/body that contribute to disease.

Reiki is the All-Knowing life force energy that flows through the practitioner to where it is needed in the client. It is known to relieve stress, pain, and emotional blockages.

It can also offset energy drain, create emotional immunity, and build resilience, accelerating natural healing in the body.

When a practitioner facilitates a Reiki session, natural healing vibrations, otherwise known as Universal Life Force Energy is transmitted through their hands acting as a conduit to the body of the client or recipient.

it is important to note that the practitioner does not direct the energy, they get out of the way so the energy can flow through freely to the recipient, who in my experience can also feel the energy coming through the practitioner to them.

After decades of often disputed validity, the effectiveness of Reiki is gaining new respect within the medical community. Not only are highly reputable medical facilities throughout the U.S. offering patients alternative healing programs such as Reiki, those facilities are analyzing the benefits of their programs and are submitting them for review and compilation.

The International Center for Reiki Healing website boasts an extensive section of testimonials, with individuals from all across the globe sharing stories of having benefited from Reiki for conditions varying in severity from uncomfortable to seemingly insurmountable.

Reiki is offered at top medical centers and Hospitals around the World. The
